3. Payments

  • Payments for services rendered are to be made according to the agreed-upon terms outlined in the project proposal or contract.
  • Payment terms, including rates, deposits, and milestones, will be mutually agreed upon by both parties prior to the commencement of any work.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client will own the rights to the final artwork/design unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • I reserve the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise requested by the client.

5. Confidentiality

  • I understand the sensitive nature of certain projects and agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared by the client.

6. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement for Services at any time with written notice.
  • Termination of the agreement does not relieve the client’s obligation to pay for services rendered up to the termination date.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes

  • I reserve the right, at my sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, I will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
