PhiZ & Co are a patient engagement and communication consultancy working with biotech, pharma and healthcare organisations to ensure patient voices are embedded from the very beginning of research, development and decision-making processes.

Branding and Logo Design for PhiZ & Co, a patient engagement consultancy helping biotech, pharma, and healthcare organisations include patient voices from the start. Founded by Phil and Liz, the company combines scientific rigour with lived experience. They create meaningful, inclusive, and effective healthcare outcomes.

Their collaborative approach ensures patient perspectives are central to decision-making. Every project reflects empathy, transparency, and trust. The project aimed to develop a brand identity that balances professionalism with personality, positioning PhiZ & Co as trusted specialists while avoiding overly clinical or corporate healthcare branding. The identity needed to feel warm and approachable without losing clarity or authority.

At the centre of the visual identity is a bespoke logo that blends a heart with an infinity symbol. This represents PhiZ & Co’s human-first ethos and the ongoing importance of patient voices. The abstract form keeps the mark distinctive, while the circle framing communicates unity and wholeness.

The infinity-heart subtly conveys empathy, collaboration, and long-term impact, reflecting their approach to co-creation and continuous improvement.

The logotype uses Montserrat for clarity and legibility across print and digital platforms. Its rounded geometry feels friendly and approachable, while a medium thickness ensures readability without being overpowering. Combined with a soft, muted colour palette, the design communicates warmth, professionalism, and empathy.

The overall identity allows PhiZ & Co to stand out in the healthcare sector while supporting their mission of helping organisations truly include patient perspectives, maintaining a professional and approachable presence.
