The Peter Jones Foundation is a charitable foundation working with schools across the UK. Its prospectus acts as a key engagement tool. It helps reach teachers and school leaders, and grow the number of schools taking part in its programmes.

Ahead of the 2026/27 academic year, the Peter Jones Foundation wanted to refresh their prospectus. For several years, the design had relied on a box-led layout, so this time the goal was a more contemporary, image-led approach.

Working within the Foundation’s existing brand guidelines, the brief was to create something bigger and bolder. It also needed to work equally well in print and digital.

The redesign needed to balance imagery of Peter Jones with photography of the diverse young people the Foundation supports. At the same time, however, the prospectus had to stay focused on its core job: getting more schools to sign up to the Foundation’s programmes.

Colour was used to reinforce this shift. The design sticks to the Foundation’s core brand palette, but pulls away from the paler, pastel tones used previously. Instead, it favours bolder, more confident applications throughout.

As a result, the prospectus feels more current and more visual throughout. Importantly, it also stays recognisably on-brand for the Foundation.
